This video was produced by War on Want as part of a series of web videos which satirise overseas sweatshops by showing how a job interview (or, in other videos, your first day at work etc) would be if you were employed by one of these suppliers. The film was produced as part of their campaign for a watchdog to be set up in the UK to prevent supermarkets working with supplies who abuse their workers. These videos work, I believe, because they take a lighthearted approach to a serious issue and play off experiences we can easily relate to (a job interview) to educate us about a situation that is less familiar (sweatshops).
