It's good to be reminded of the importance of the balcony perspective, something I learnt a lot about doing Sydney Leadership Program in 2007. I tend to find myself drawn irresistibly onto the dance floor, into the thrill of the action, the content, the ideas, so I need to make a conscious effort to broader my awareness to a balcony level.
