There's something completely mesmerizing about this: the interplay of form and formlessness, chaos and order, food and art, Jello and beauty (who would have thought?).

Despite not eating it (or beef) myself I'm shocked at how low the consumption of lamb is in the US. I'm sure this would look different in Australia. Chicken's inexorable rise has been recently halted, I wonder why?
