My friend Carol Roth has just released a fantastic new book sharing vital truths about what it takes to succeed as an entrepreneur. Over 90% of new businesses fail (or fail to succeed) within five years. Carol wants to help you to stack the odds in your favor.

Go to http://theentrepreneurequation.com/special-offers/ and you’ll see some of the amazing bonus offers that Carol is giving away to readers who buy the book this week, including an exclusive 3-part Audio Series. And, you’ll get the scoop on the generous prizes offered by entrepreneurs you respect and admire, including Les McKeown, Liz Strauss, Michael Port and many more.

And best of all for every book purchased this week, Carol will be donating one book to SCORE.org, the national business non-profit, as a way to help as many entrepreneurs as possible to succeed. Check it out!

The Adventures of Unemployed Man

This is seriously one of the best, funniest, cleverest things I've read in ages. Beautifully drawn in a classic comic book style The Adventures of Unemployed Man deftly dissects the American dream and demonstrates how the economic playing field has been tilted in favour of the already-wealthy, via the adventures of Unemployed Man, his sidekick Plan B and a host of other heroes as they take on villains such as The Outsourcerer, The Broker and the Just Us League. It's like Paul Krugman wrote a comic.

Give it to someone for Christmas.

You can see a few pages excerpted at CNN and here's an interview with the authors (in costume!):
